Dear All, For the second time in my career I am receiving death threats from people who are afraid of what I might write. For the second time I will not be cowed. People who send me emails saying “Those who have money know how to hurt you” do not scare me. These bullies should know that if anything happens to me or my family the authorities know exactly what to do and where to look. And I trust that anyone who knows what I am talking about here – will help them.
